Janis is a licensed professional counselor who has been practicing in Midland for 35 years and has worked with individuals, families, couples, and adolescents. Janis has worked with survivors of domestic violence for the last eight years. She is trained in dialectic behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and trauma recovery. She enjoys working with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Janis is joined by her certified therapy dog, Hamish, who helps provide comfort and support.
